Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients in order to help them improve mobility, relieve pain, regain independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct patient evaluations to determine their physical condition and needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques and exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
