Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them improve their physical abilities and alleviate pain. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor and track patients' progress throughout their treatment
- Educate patients on proper techniques for rehabilitation exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
