Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to restore their physical function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical limitations and create a treatment plan
- Develop and implement personalized treatment programs based on the patient's goals and needs
- Provide hands-on therapy and guidance to patients to improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for self-care and injury prevention
- Document all treatment sessions and maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR certification
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
