Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them improve their mobility, manage pain, and prevent further injury. You will develop customized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help patients achieve their physical therapy goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine patients’ physical limitations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to improve patients’ mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue therapy at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid physical therapy license in the state of practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and practices
