Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and help patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical fitness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating and diagnosing movement disorders, creating individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients through targeted exercises and techniques to achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition to determine the most effective treatment plan
- Develop and implement personalized therapy programs to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Execute therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address musculoskeletal issues
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, posture, and injury prevention strategies
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist
