Job Responsibilities

The shift supervisor will supports the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the RazerStore Las Vegas retail location; drives sales by fostering a positive and engaging environment for customers and staff; manages inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, safety/security, customer service, staff training and performance management

Pay Range: $20/hour - $24/hour

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day store operations to ensure optimal functioning.
• Assists Store Manager in developing strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Creates a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to explore and purchase products.
• Monitors inventory levels and proactively takes action when necessary.
• Handles cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Prevents losses due to theft or other means.
• Ensures proper safety and security measures are implemented.
• Provides exceptional customer service to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Trains and mentors staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Schedules employee shifts effectively and efficiently.
• Performs payroll tasks accurately.
• Evaluates employee performance fairly and consistently.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Pre-Requisites :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • 3 years of supervisory experience at a high-volume store location, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of current trends and industry developments.

Salary Ranges (per Annum)

$69,064.00 - $115,107.00
