In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty across all stages of the sales funnel. You will lead a team of marketers, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and utilize data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities : Drive the Go-To-Market process for Marketing in the region.Develop and implement marketing strategies to target prospects at every stage of the funnel (awareness, consideration, decision, retention).Deliver a 360-degree comprehensive sustained marketing plan and execution to impact sales and market share objectives.Bring thought leadership to the Americas marketing team to deliver breakthrough marketing plans and execution leveraging regional and global marketing resources.Lead full-funnel marketing and social, influencer, and esports initiatives to drive engagement and conversions. Optimize marketing channels, ensuring seamless lead nurturing and conversion processes.
