The Concierge warmly greets our customers and assists the store team with creating a superior, memorable experience that will bring that customer back to us for their next luxury purchase.
Responsibilities :
- Greet all new and returning customers
- Knowledge of customers’ past experiences and preferences to uphold the customer experience
- Help to cultivate the Customer – Sales Associate relationship

Requirements :
Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry or luxury retail environment is preferred.
