Your Role
Central to our growth is the ability to rapidly scale elements of our trade compliance program related to our products and brands. We are looking for an ambitious person to classify, establish and monitor regulatory requirements for the United States and Canada. This person will work on consumer products with focus on import into the United States.
Partnering closely with our growth and operation teams, the Trade Compliance Analyst will play a key role in the compliance of existing products and the launch of new products into the US market and Canada. They will work to develop tools to assure timely updates and communications to trade requirements.

Partnering closely with our growth and operation teams, the Trade Compliance Analyst will play a key role in the compliance of existing products and the launch of new products into the US market and Canada. They will work to develop tools to assure timely updates and communications to trade requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute trade compliance procedures and policies across the company; provide support to cross functional organizations.
- Experience with US and Canada import regulations and requirements of northern border clearances.
- Experience with duty drawback (same condition) preferred.
- Classification and maintenance of HTS codes for all products for the US and Canada for a diverse range of products.
- Knowledge of testing, packaging and language requirements for consumer goods in US and Canada.
- Work with screening tools and processes to assure due diligence and define PGA (Partner Government Agency) requirements and indicators on products. PGAs include the APHIS, CPSC, EPA, FCC, FDA, and USDA.
- Work with company utilities to assure accuracy of trade compliance data elements.
- Perform broker audits and assure recordkeeping requirements are in accordance with US import regulations.
- Familiarity with international transportation documentation requirements.
