Job Summary :

The Account Executive will achieve maximum sales profitability and account penetration within assigned market segments. The ideal candidate brings creativity, resourcefulness, professionalism, and a positive attitude to complex business scenarios. This role will focus on prospecting, securing new business accounts, building relationships, and delivering a fun, exceptional software system and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote, sell, and secure orders using a consultative selling approach.
  • Adopt a hunter mindset to identify new opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Generate and maximize sales revenue through effective pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain relationships within distributor channels, ensuring mutual success and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of the customer experience, from sales to billing.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with prospective customers and distributors.
  • Conduct cold calls, schedule follow-ups, and deliver engaging product demonstrations to existing and potential customers.
  • Analyze territory and market potential to identify high-value prospects.
  • Provide management with comprehensive reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential new product opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to continuously add value to Razor Trackings offerings.
  • Work closely with other departments to foster a collaborative and efficient environment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or an Associates degree with equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Tech Savvy : Passion for technology and ability to master product demonstrations using virtual tools. Ability to multitask and learn the product thoroughly.
  • Professional and Personable : Skilled in meeting new people, aligning products to customer needs, and fostering lasting relationships.
  • Office Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM software.
  • Success-Driven : Motivated for both personal and company growth in a dynamic environment.

  • Distributor Relationships : Emphasis on maintaining and growing distributor sales channels to maximize revenue.

  • Sales Reporting : Regularly supplying actionable insights and feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
  • Travel Requirements :

  • Willingness to travel to trade shows, conventions, and client visits, ranging from 10-50% depending on seasonal needs.
  • Flexibility to accommodate schedules and prioritize both personal and work obligations effectively.
