The ideal candidate is responsible for leading assigned teams and is passionate about coaching and supporting team members. Demonstrated experience coordinating projects and teams in alignment with strategic initiatives is critical to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for leading and coaching team members whose scope may cross different business functions.
- Act as a trusted leader within the organization while motivating and creating a positive work environment to maintain and increase tenure.
- Position team for success by aligning, prioritizing, and assigning work in alignment with strategic goals.
- Own, plan, and drive projects and initiatives forward.
- Ability to coordinate, measure, and document multiple projects and processes.
- Develop content and deliver messaging for Executive audiences.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking abilities by leveraging internal and external resources.
- Manage resource capacity and ensure the workload of the team is allocated effectively.
- Be the first point of contact for celebrating successes and for resolving issues or escalations.
- Drive consistency in tools, templates, and processes used by all resources.
- Ensure resources meet quality metrics (SLAs/KPIs), expectations, and deadlines.
- Help support business continuity by identifying backups and coordinating transition planning.
- Build solid, positive working relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or organizational management or related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated people leader experience with high-performing individuals
- Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment
- Proven ability to manage, coordinate, measure, and track multiple projects and processes in Project Management Tools (ie, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project & Planner)
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to create content for an executive audience
- Exceptional organizational, presentational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with top-level leadership and executives
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to various systems and tools
- Ability to think strategically and manage execution
