Razorback LLC is a certified General Contractor completing government projects under contract with a specific focus on water infrastructure, including but not limited to: water/wastewater treatment facilities, pump and lift stations, pipelines, storage tanks and towers. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Procore Software Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a master of the Procore construction management software, with a deep understanding of its features, functionalities, and best practices. As a Procore Software Expert, you will be responsible for optimizing our use of the platform, training team members, and ensuring seamless integration with our workflows.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Procore software in a construction or project management environment.
- Procore Certification(s) highly preferred (e.g., Procore Certified Administrator, Procore Certified Trainer).
- Exceptional understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycles.
- Proven ability to train and mentor others in software usage, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Experience with software integrations, APIs, or basic scripting is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other construction-related software (e.g., Bluebeam, Primavera, or AutoCAD) is an advantage.
Full Job Description
- Serve as the primary expert on Procore software, providing advanced technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Configure and customize Procore to align with company-specific processes, workflows, and reporting needs.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing employees to maximize their proficiency in Procore.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement using Procore tools.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the Procore platform.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and best practice manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Procore-related issues, escalating to Procore support when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on Procore updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of construction technology.
- Integrate Procore with other software systems (e.g., accounting, scheduling, or BIM tools) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Generate and analyze reports from Procore to provide actionable insights for leadership and project teams.

Pay: $36.00 - $49.00 per hour
