Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy content creator who can generate concepts, shoot video and stills and edit like a pro.
You’ll be working with a social media creative team (copywriters/art directors) to create concepts for some of the most iconic automotive brands in the world. You’ll travel several times per month (sometimes on short notice) to capture and create content around the U.S. at live events, in scenic locations and at client headquarters.
You should be well-versed in TikTok and Instagram with a love for experimental shooting techniques, new approaches to filmmaking and making stuff no one’s made before. Behind the lens, you’re just as comfortable shooting with a high-end camera as you are with an iPhone.

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $96,999. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 4/30/25.

Responsibilities
- Work with creative team to develop content concepts for social media
- Shoot, produce and edit video content
- Perform clipping, captioning, reframing, reformatting, converting and exporting, color correction/grading and sound mixing
- Manage and organize projects, bins, and media
- Troubleshoot, identify and resolve technical issues
- Shoot still photography and provide basic photo retouching
- Must be a master of specs for social media platforms
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and recommend them when appropriate
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to take direction and work independently.
- Travel several times per month, sometimes with a producer and/or art director/copywriter, sometimes solo. Occasional weekend travel.
- Content Expertise: Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
- Platform Savvy: In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies and styles, with a focus on short-form video. You are someone who lives on the For You Page and loves creating content that engages, entertains, and inspires.
- Creative Tools Mastery: Expertise in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and familiarity with production equipment (e.g., ring lights, tripods, backdrops).
- Visual Mindset: Strong understanding of composition, lighting, angles, and other creative fundamentals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate creative direction and workflows.
- Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative Spirit: A passion for creating boundary-pushing, trend-setting content that resonates with today’s digital audience.
- 3-5 years of experience working in social marketing in a creator or publishing role for a well-known brand or within an agency
- Expert understanding of all major social platforms, their formats and their features - especially TikTok and Instagram
- Proven experience making social-first content and video
- Strong video editing skills including expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and CapCut
- Strong graphic design skills including expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
