Overview
Reporting to the Talent Manager on the Razorfish Talent (Human Resources) team, you will help support the development, evolution, and deployment of employee engagement and talent experience strategies, programs, and events designed to support, improve, and enhance a positive, inclusive agency culture.

Compensation Range: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. Overview
Reporting to the Talent Manager on the Razorfish Talent (Human Resources) team, you will help support the development, evolution, and deployment of employee engagement and talent experience strategies, programs, and events designed to support, improve, and enhance a positive, inclusive agency culture.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships across Talent (HR), Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to provide support as well as understand the brand's purpose, vision, and values.
- Support New Hire Onboarding tasks that include initiating background checks, completing I-9 verifications, sending Welcome emails, facilitating office tours, etc.
- Provide accurate and timely data management of employee records.
- Audit changes to employee data to ensure accuracy, resolving problems as needed
- Help to administer and support the proper documentation of HR policies, processes, and forms.
- Review current employee engagement strategies and identify areas for potential improvement.
- Research and present HR strategies, programs, and process improvements that could enhance the overall employee experience.
- Provide guidance and insights to the Talent (HR) team as to how we can optimize and improve our engagement with agency employees who are at the early stages of their careers.
- Develop, update, and deliver reports and presentations in order to provide talent leadership with information and insights related to the employee experience within the organization.
- Collect, collate, and curate employee questions originating from various sources (including open doors, team meetings, the general support inbox, etc.) to inform and improve responses provided by chatbots and other automated support systems.
- Partner with the DE&I team to help plan, support, and activate events and programs designed to reinforce and promote the agency's commitment to an inclusive work environment.
- Pursuing degree or concentration in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Career path interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, DE&I, or similar disciplines.
- Passionate about building, supporting, and promoting a diverse, inclusive work environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly collaborative with an ability to work in partnership with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Curious and inquisitive with a desire to constantly learn and grow.
- Comfort with technology and learning new systems as well as a specific interest in emerging technologies, digital innovation, and artificial intelligence.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred. Experience working within specialized enterprise software including applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR information systems (HRIS), or customer relationship management systems (CRM) a plus.
Internship Program Details:
- Hybrid Internship requiring three days in-office
- Internship Program from 6/2/2025 - 8/1/2025; 40 hours per week
- You are a career-minded college senior, recent college graduate, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off
- You are eligible to work in the US
- You are able to work 40 hours per week
