Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Social Analyst to join our 80 person social practice within our fast-growing Consumer & Content Experience discipline who will create and execute social media marketing campaigns for a global financial technology company.
As a Sr. Social Analyst at Razorfish, you’ll have the opportunity to bring stories to life for a leading fintech brand with a substantial social audience. A true social media-native, you’re passionate about creating content that resonates and sparks meaningful engagement across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Helps define and evolve ongoing social strategy updates for a fintech brand across core channels, including TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Serve as the brand’s eyes, ears, and voice on social, cultivating a strong, engaged community through relevant content and authentic interactions.
- Monitor consumer conversations to identify actionable insights, real-time opportunities, and emerging social trends, applying community-first thinking to brainstorming and content ideation.
- Schedule content in line with social media best practices.
- Accurately engage with social media questions or comments across multiple platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok) in line with brand tone and guidelines.
- Collaborate with account and client teams to develop, post, and manage approved content and social responses. Proactively flag opportunities and work with strategy and analytics teams to deliver insights and recommendations based on community feedback.
- Manage ongoing optimization of the social strategy, playbook, community management, content creation, social promotions / contests, partnerships, and UGC to improve our delivery and enhance results.
- Conduct and manage ongoing influencer & advocacy initiatives on behalf of clients that adhere to the FTC / FCC guidelines and best practices.
- Own and maintain social content calendars, crafting copy and supporting asset development while ensuring the use of inclusive language, images, and messaging.
- Deep knowledge of social media trends and how brands effectively navigate and engage within the space, ideally with experience in social strategy development.
- Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Quid, RivalIQ, and Affinio particularly for community engagement and performance measurement.
- Supports and contributes to business development opportunities.

Compensation Range : $66,785- $101,085 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
