Job Summary :
A manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production processes with a focus on safety, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement . This role is responsible for troubleshooting production issues, optimizing equipment performance, and improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Promote and maintain safe working habits , following all safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in product quality using industry standards and process control tools.
- Provide leadership and coordination to production teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Work with production teams to monitor and optimize efficiency, output, and safety .
- Evaluate and maintain operational systems to improve manufacturing performance.
- Understand cost structures and work toward reducing manufacturing costs .
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Lead projects from planning to implementation , ensuring timely execution.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and quality standards .
- Maintain a collaborative team environment focused on achieving production goals.
- Engineering degree or a related field.
- Relevant experience in engineering or manufacturing leadership roles.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to engage team members in continuous improvement initiatives .
- Experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and quality assurance .
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
