About the Role :
We are seeking a world-class Director of Maintenance to lead and optimize maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing sites. This position plays a critical role in ensuring best-in-class equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving operational excellence across all locations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in multi-site maintenance leadership, implementing industry best practices such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), predictive analytics, and lean methodologies to create a high-performing, world-class maintenance organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Multi-Site Leadership & Strategy :
Develop and execute a world-class maintenance strategy across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring standardization of best practices and operational efficiency.
Implement best-in-class preventative, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to maximize uptime and optimize asset lifecycle across all sites.
Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all regulatory standards across multiple facilities.
Develop and oversee the multi-site maintenance budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Implement Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT-based predictive maintenance, AI-driven analytics, and smart automation, to drive efficiency and performance.
