Responsibilities: Training: Weekly office trainings, Unlimited access to our world class training platform, Develop and maintain relationships with associates and clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and to generate new business opportunities, Provide insurance services to clients... including assessing their insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options, and assisting with policy applications.
Compensation: Agents, whether part-time or full-time, have access to the best compensation program, monthly bonuses and the opportunity to earn equity in a multi-billion dollar firm. Direct Deposit payments are made 2x per week. Residual payouts and override commissions come directly from our carrier partners.
Mentorship: We have a State-Of-The-Art mentorship program which focuses on personal interest in the well-being and success of every associate. Not only will you will develop friends for life, but you’ll find mentors who will work with you to help you achieve your goals.
