Key Accountabilities
- Provide a variety of support services in a title center office environment
- Process orders and assignments, including logging and tracking of mail
- Open incoming mail and prepare packages
- Send keys and documents to branches and providers, document file notes, and create transmittals
- Scan and enter documents and data into computer system same day received.
- File and pull documents in correct numerical order
- Set up new records and maintain existing records. Match records by comparing data points
- Communicate through email and system notes
- Follow well-established procedures and under the close direction of the supervisor
- Open to learning automobile titling
- Help with other office functions as needed
- Ability to function well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail, especially with numbers
- Time managing skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work unattended
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Professional and clean appearance
- HS Diploma or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- Driver's License Required
- 18 age requirement
