About the Role:
As a Breakfast Server at Batley's Grill & Bar, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to serve breakfast items efficiently while ensuring that all customer needs are met with a friendly demeanor. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized dining area, contributing to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Ultimately, your efforts will help foster customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits to our establishment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring that all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and managing utensils and condiments.
- Assist in the training of new staff members and contribute to a positive team environment.
