Position Overview:
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead and support our housekeeping team. You’ll help uphold our cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, with a strong focus on organization and guest satisfaction. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills as you manage daily operations, handle inventory, and respond to guest needs to maintain a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to deliver excellent guest service and cleanliness
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards
- Manage housekeeping inventory, maintaining adequate supplies and equipment
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a prompt, professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to create seamless guest experiences
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
- 2 years in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel setting
- 1 year in a supervisory role in hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is beneficial
