Position Overview:

As Host, you’ll set the tone for an exceptional dining experience by warmly welcoming guests and ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:
(This is a general guideline; additional duties may be assigned.)

• Greet guests with a warmly, welcoming smile and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently and accurately. 
• Assisting servers with tasks like delivering food or clearing tables when needed.
• Provide exceptional guest service to ensure every guests has a positive experience.
• Communicate effectively with team to coordinate seating and service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long hours
