What you will be doing :
Work in a busy real estate practice representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in all aspects of real property acquisitions and sales.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Manage competing priorities effectively.
Maintain high standards of performance.
Utilize online research sites and demonstrate excellent research skills.
Exhibit conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
Travel as needed for the job.
Experience you will need :
1-3 years of experience preferred.
Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
Admission in New York (or ability to waive in) required; additional admission in Federal court preferred.
Familiarity with Zoom, MS Teams, and other video conferencing platforms.
High level organizational skills for prioritizing workload.
Experience with online filing and research sites.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
