What You Will Be Doing :
Advise and counsel employer clients on complex wage and hour matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Argue motions in court and conduct discovery analysis.
Develop case strategies from inception through completion.
Take depositions and perform exposure analysis.
Attend mediations and negotiate settlements.
Contribute to thought leadership by speaking and publishing on class action and PAGA issues.
Experience You Will Need :
Experience
2-7 years in wage and hour class action defense, specifically within California.
Skills
Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Languages
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Licensing
Active California bar license in good standing and ongoing Licensure compliance.
