What you will be doing :

Engage in civil litigation defense, specifically in areas of automobile and premises liability

Work as part of the New York City office's legal team

Experience you will need :

Admission to the New York State Bar

Experience : 2 years (minimum) to 8 years (maximum) of previous civil litigation experience in NY State courts - required.

Required : Candidate must have both Automobile and Premises Liability experience. Defense experience preferred / Plaintiff-side experience will be considered.

Self-starter with a good academic record

Solid legal research and writing skills

Hybrid Work Arrangement : 2 Days Work from Home / 3 Days on Site.

Billable Hour Requirement : 2100
