What you will be doing :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Develop tailored strategies for key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and compliance requirements.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations.
Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
Experience you will need :
Experience managing a sales team of at least 3 direct reports.
3 years of proven experience in account management or sales management.
Sales experience in the cannabis industry required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite for reporting, communication, and analytics.
Strong understanding of cannabis products, regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
