What You Will Be Doing :
- Communicate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide appropriate advice.
- Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively.
- Review discovery documents to determine the best course of action for each client.
- Conduct full depositions and oral hearings of case witnesses and experts.
- Prepare all necessary documents to file cases, managing a caseload of approximately 150.
- Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to prepare comprehensive briefs for trial cases.
- Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences as required by each case.
- Supervise two paralegals.
