What you will be doing :
Use declarative and custom development skills as a member of a scrum team to manage and enhance Agent and Customer Salesforce solutions built on Financial Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Investigate how certain platform capabilities can help empower the business to achieve its objectives.
Contribute development to fulfill business requirements to enhance the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, and declarative development using Flow / Custom Metadata, etc.
Integrate third-party applications such as Amazon Connect, Live Vox, or others as necessary.
Test and debug code and integrations and contribute to technical documentation.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
Leverage the latest design patterns, principles, and technology using Salesforce knowledge.
Utilize ADO to manage and deliver code through the pipeline to production.
Experience you will need :
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Technology or a related field and / or equivalent work experience.
6 years overall development experience with a good foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience on mid to large enterprise implementations.
Good product knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST web services.
Proficiency with modern IDEs (VSCode, IntelliJ) and SCM tools (Git, SVN).
Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.
Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies.
Ability and desire to learn new technologies and development tools.
Desire to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment as part of a team of like-minded developers.
