Key Job Skills and Responsibilities:
- Resourceful with the ability to make smart decisions quickly
- Experience working across creative, digital, social, advertising and PR teams to coordinate timelines, updates and workflow
- Experience as direct client contact
- Effective, clear and timely communication across internal and client teams
- Developing or managing action plans, sharing recaps and meeting notes with account team
- Assisting account managers to deliver quality work on time, manage client requests, and strictly enforce brand guidelines
- Crafting clear and concise creative briefs to guide internal teams in delivering impactful work
- Reviewing creative and content for accuracy of execution

Minimum Requirements:
- College graduate with minimum of 2 years of related agency experience. No entry level candidates please.
- A passion for communications
- Creative eye and enjoys working with a team to bring ideas to life
- Excellent grammar, strong writing, communication and proof-reading skills
- Experience running and managing influencer campaigns is a strong bonus
- Bilingual is a bonus (English/Spanish) but not required
- Professional demeanor; sound judgment; attention to detail
- Business common sense, time management skills, critical thinking skills
