RBC, Inc. has an immediate position available at Patuxent River, MD for a Program Analyst/Scheduler, Journeyman to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. The candidate should have strong program and acquisition management, financial, and technical skills. Candidate should have experience with developing and managing program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), critical path analysis metrics, Integrated Program Management Report metrics and other schedule metrics; and be able to generate, monitor, and update IMS execution via coordination with the government Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), various government entities (NIWC, NAWC, NSWC, NUWC, etc.), International stakeholders and prime contractor representatives. Candidate will analyze and synthesize program requirements, life-cycle cost, program initiatives and planning, acquisition strategies, integration of functional activities and provide staff coordination and consultation to element managers (e.g., engineering, logistics, training, contracts, test and evaluation, GFE/GFI, Production, QA, & BFM). The candidate will track program milestones, data deliverables, progress, program documents and correspondence, program meetings, briefs, action item tracking and team/program calendar management. Knowledge of FMS and/or Cooperative processes in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance is desired. Knowledge and significant experience with MS Project and One Pager Pro is required.
This position requires a BA/BS degree and 3-10 years of experience in program management or technical/business analysis discipline supporting technical efforts for major weapon systems and component development, production and sustainment. An associate’s degree and two additional years of relevant experience or four years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree. This is a Hybrid Work Environment (HWE) position, with the IPT working in the office at the discretion of the Government IPT Leads. A current Secret security clearance is required.
