What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Assembler position at RBC?
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Be able to assemble all DGV products.
• Ability to participate and contribute in a team environment.
• Work with little or no supervision.
• Must be willing to learn multiple processes.
• Must display basic pc skills.
• Capable of basic math skills plus knowledge of decimals.
• Work with hand tools.
• Powered truck certification or the ability to acquire certification, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
* Please note that the starting pay for this position is $24.39 with a 5% shift differential. There is a progression review and pay increase process where you can earn up to $29.82 per hour after one year. *
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Basic math and communication skills
• Computer and keyboard proficiency to work within a windows environment
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of relevant experience.
Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Able to work 2nd or 3rd shift
