What is the opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Management Analyst to serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Service Asset and Configuration Management processes and capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process for service asset and configuration management solutions. You’ll work closely with internal technology (including but not limited to ITAM Governance and Process Owners), cyber security and business stakeholders to define and deliver on a product vision that ensures compliance, cost optimization and achievement of business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with internal technology (including but not limited to ITAM Governance and Process Owners), cyber security and business stakeholders to define and deliver on a product vision that ensures compliance, cost optimization and achievement of business outcomes.
What will you do?
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Execute the service asset and configuration management process strategy and roadmap within ServiceNow, aligning capabilities to enterprise asset management, regulatory and audit requirements. Overlay RBC/CNB/Brewin Dolphin integration efforts with overall process strategy and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business users, architecture, and ServiceNow Platform teams.
- Risk Management & Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practices. Anticipate, track and escalate risks as required.
- Reporting & Analytics: Drive continuous improvement and make key decisions through product analytics and user feedback.
Must-have
- 7 years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 4 years of experience in service asset and configuration management and CMDB architecture
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of IT asset management and configuration management best practices, and compliance.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow ITAM certifications preferred
- Banking and financial regulatory experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Database experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Agile Product Owner certification.
