Renovation Turnkey Contractor

RBD Management Group LLC is looking for 1099 Sub-Contractors and/or Renovation crews to help with Turnkey/Remodels/Construction projects. We are a growing company in the Atlanta market and need dependable/reliable contractors for consistent work to help support the growth of our business.

Small -to-Medium Projects available

General Contractors and Specialty Contractors(Electrician's & Plumbers) are welcome to apply!!!

If you are a skilled contractor in the Home Improvement trade or Turnkey Renovations, we would like to meet you! Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time

Responsibilities:

Contractor / Handyman / Remodeler are required to have expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance and remodeling. Contractor must have basic construction experience, organized, and effectively communicate with Project Manager. RBD Management Group LLC is looking for contractors that can follow a SOW and sometimes bid work to complete all projects on-time and on-budget.

• General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
• Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel
• Kitchen Refresh / Remodel
• Painting Interior and Exterior
• Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
• Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
• Flooring Repair and Installation
• Siding/Windows if needed
• Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
• Tree Removal
• Roofing

Job Requirements:

• Current driver's license, W9 and/or tax ID
• Have tools, work vehicle, good references, and provide photos.
• Must have a smart phone and access to the internet.
• Contractors need W9 Form, liability insurance, and Worker’s Comp.
• Ability to read a Scope of Work/Access to Sub-Contractors if needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Photo Requirements - Before, During, & After
• Building code familiarity – if applicable
• Material Management, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
• Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades.
• Drug Free Environment

We are always looking to speak with an experienced Contractor and/or Handyman who has professional experience as a Remodeler, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Mason, HVAC or Installer or any skilled tradesman from the residential or commercial construction industry.

Insurance Required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Reading/Writing Scopes: 1 year (Preferred)
• Maintenance/Turnkey/Renovation: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Electrical and/or Plumbing License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
