What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Control Regional Sales Manager position at RBH Access Technologies Inc?
As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for RBH in the MID ATLANTIC region (DE, KY, MD, NC, OH, WEST PA, SC & WV), you will drive sales growth and market expansion for RBH’s access control portfolio. Your key tasks include identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with channel partners, distributors, and end-users. Your efforts will be crucial in establishing RBH as the preferred access control solutions provider in your region. Ideally, you should be based in or near Baltimore, but other locations within the region will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new markets and onboard strategic integrators.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Track and report on account activity for timely follow-ups.
- Showcase RBH’s access control solutions, emphasizing key differentiators.
- Create and nurture sales opportunities and collaborate with internal teams.
- Conduct joint calls with partners and strengthen relationships.
- Partner with RBH technology counterparts for new opportunities.
- Present new products and support regional marketing events.
- Utilize CRM software to track opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Travel as needed for customer visits, site evaluations, and meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building relationships.
- Ability to maintain a robust sales funnel and drive pipeline growth.
- At least 3 years of successful access control sales experience.
- At least 5 years of successful electronic security sales experience.
- Strong technical aptitude for communicating product features and benefits.
- Ability to accurately forecast revenue using data-driven insights.
- Comprehension of the company’s sales philosophy and market strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Base: 80 – 130k per year
Commissions: 10% on net annual sales revenue growth
