We are seeking dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Residential Treatment Programs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering intermediate care and treatment to our clients, including managing and preparing medications, administering injections, obtaining lab specimens, and maintaining essential records.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations, including obtaining vital signs and reviewing medical data.
- Prepare, manage, and sort medications for distribution, monitoring compliance.
- Administer injections, immunizations, and medications with necessary training and supervision, assisting physicians as needed.
- Collect and process various lab specimens, sending them for analysis.
- Consult with medical staff and team members regarding treatment plans, medication changes, and lab results.
- Maintain accurate patient records, logs, and charts while managing supplies and medications.
- Provide crisis intervention services when required.
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
