Title:  Floor & Carpet Cleaner Technician
Full Time position
Reports to: Operations Manager
Based at: Utah and Salt Lake County

Job purpose:
To follow a system of accountability when cleaning, sustaining and maintaining carpeted and tile flooring.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday - variable hours (Shift time will vary by job).
Pay Rate: $18.00
Level: Some experience required.
US Driver license required.
Background check required.
Motor Vehicle verification (No accidents on last 3 years).

-Technicians work anywhere from 20-40 hours/week. Shifts include daytime, evening, and weekend hours. (the candidate needs to have a flexible schedule).
-Technicians will drive the RBM-DT Vehicles.
-Technicians will be stripping and waxing floors, scrubbing and buffing floors, and cleaning carpets, as well as helping out with emergency work.
-Able to carry and lift up to 75 pounds.
-Technicians must be hard working, self-motivated, and friendly.
-Technicians must be flexible in schedule, and from time to time, go up and down stairs on a daily basis. Most days employees will be on their feet for 8 hours or more.
-Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval.
