If you're a self-motivated closer with a strong understanding of commercial roofing materials, systems, and insurance claims , this 1099 commission-only role offers unlimited earning potential and a flexible schedule!
Unlike residential roofing, commercial roofing projects are high-ticket sales , meaning fewer deals but bigger paychecks! With the ability to close deals anywhere in the U.S., your earning potential is UNLIMITED.
RESIDENTIAL ROOFING EXPERIENCE DOES NOT QUALIFY. This role requires a deep knowledge of commercial roofing. π¨

Key Responsibilities
Weekly Sales Meeting Attendance Required (Virtual Option Available depending on location)
Lead Generation & Sales β Secure 8 new leads per week , network, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management β Build long-term client relationships with businesses, municipalities, and industrial clients.
Site Inspections & Measurements β Conduct on-site evaluations and climb roofs when necessary.
Proposal Presentation & Closing Deals β Work alongside estimators to present competitive bids and close sales.
Transition Management β Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to project management.
What You Need to Succeed
2 Years of Commercial Roofing Sales Experience (Required) β Residential roofing experience will NOT be considered.
Strong Knowledge of Commercial Roofing Systems β TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing, Metal, etc.
Experience Handling Insurance Claims β Must understand the commercial claims process.
Proactive & Goal-Oriented β Must be able to self-generate leads and close deals consistently .
Reliable Vehicle & Willingness to Travel β Sales reps must travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
Physical Capabilities β Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and inspect roofs .
Tech-Savvy β Proficiency in Adobe, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word .
