Supply Chain Coordinator
Location : Richmond, London (2 days in office per week)
About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and movement of products between the company sites in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, and the Netherlands. You will also work closely with transportation companies, Contract Manufacturing Companies, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate transportation and movement of products between different sites (UK, Ireland, Sweden, Netherlands).
Collaborate with transportation companies, CMOs, and distributors.
Monitor stock control levels across different sites, ensuring inventory requirements are met and demands are managed.
Report and manipulate data to generate stock level reports.
Utilize SAP and company portals for efficient operations.
Provide updates in monthly supply meetings and present findings.
Manage import / export documentation and requirements, primarily within the EU.
Requirements :
Preferred background in food or pharma manufacturing.
1-2 years of experience in a similar supply chain role.
Proficiency in Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables (a short Excel test will be carried out during the interview process).
Experience with customer checks and due diligence is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP is advantageous but not essential.
