Qualifications
- PhD or Masters in related field
- Expertise in SAS programming (SAS/BASE, SAS/Macro, SAS/SQL) and familiarity with R or Python preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, define.xml) and regulatory submissions.
- Experience leading statistical teams and overseeing CROs/vendors.
- Develops and maintains SOPs, tools, macros, and in-house statistical computing environments.
- Supports clinical projects by generating TFLs, datasets, exploratory analyses, and regulatory deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
