General Warehouse Associate
Division: Operations
Reports To: Operations Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The Warehouse Associate/General Laborer is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity.

Responsibilities:
Your job:
- Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment.
- Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment. Stencil, tag, or mark orders as requested.
- Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary. Report quality variances.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Conduct physical inventories as required.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards
- Performs other duties as needed by management.

Qualifications:
You need the following to get in the door:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly.
- Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
- Must be able to use proper technique to lift 50 pounds.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
