Responsibilities:
Your job:
- Strategy, Vision, and Leadership
- Create a plan to implement procedures to maximize day to day operating efficiency to meet objectives. AND DO IT!
- Coordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operations efficiency.
- Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping management informed of all critical issues.
- Responsible for the achievement of department/division/unity productivity and quality goals
- Implement department/ unit policies and practices
- Team Development / Leadership
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
