As an Operations Supervisor for RBW Logistics, you’ll be the driving force behind our team’s success-ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while motivating, developing ad empowering your team. Your Impact: What You’ll Do:

· Lead with Confidence: Supervise and motivate a diverse operations team while setting clear expectations, coaching for success, and cultivating a high-performance environment.

· Champion Teamwork & Safety: Foster a collaborative, safe, and respectful culture where people and processes thrive.

· Drive Results: Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure performance targets are met and exceeded. Proactively address inefficiencies and implement improvements.

· Facilitate Communication: Be the link between frontline staff, senior leadership, and customers- ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution.

Available Schedule:

Sunday to Wednesday 7:30p to 7:30a
Monday to Friday 12am to 8:30am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,098.19 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• SAP Warehouse Management: 1 year (Required)
• Warehouse supervisor: 1 year (Required)
