As an Operations Supervisor for RBW Logistics, you are essentially the Team Captain, the player that knows the game and leads the rest of the team to success. Responsibilities:

Your job:

• Strategy, Vision, and Leadership
• Create a plan to implement procedures to maximize day to day operating efficiency to meet objectives. AND DO IT!
• Coordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operations efficiency.
• Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping management informed of all critical issues.
• Responsible for the achievement of department/division/unity productivity and quality goals
• Implement department/ unit policies and practices
• Team Development / Leadership
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
• Embrace and promote our guiding principles that define our shared values and beliefs. The RBW Way!
• Continuously counsel and train new staff and build a rapport with them
• Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, set objectives, and establish priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
