What You'll Do:
- Operate with Confidence: You will operate accurately, storing, shipping, and receiving a product to meet company standards on safety, security, and productivity.
- Champion Teamwork and Safety: Lead team members in working collaboratively to achieve performance goals while upholding all safety standards and regulatory requirements to create a safe and efficient workplace.
- Drive Results: You will be responsible for maintaining the forklift and work area in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion; performing minor maintenance on the turret daily; and completing reports and records accurately and gives to supervisor for record keeping.
- Focus on Quality: You will be empowered to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; reporting quality variance; completing first count of pick and ensures the second count is done; and are responsible for accurate put-a-way and picking and is required to count after pick when necessary.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one-year forklift experience
- Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly
- Must be able to complete internal certification program
- Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time, and able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis
- Must be able to use proper technique to lift 50 pounds
