We are currently seeking an experienced Hardware Program Integrator to join our team and contribute to the success of critical defense projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist leadership in managing all aspects of hardware procurement and delivery, including coordination with contract, engineering, and acquisition teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop cost estimates, contract requirements, and technical solutions. Represent leadership in key meetings and support the development of written and verbal communications. Manage coordination with domestic and international partners and internal teams. Organize meetings, briefings, and working groups, ensuring documentation and follow-up on action items. Ensure compliance with security standards and assist in disclosure staffing requests. Maintain historical records and institutional knowledge of the program. Assess potential risks and make recommendations to ensure the successful progression of the project. Conduct periodic reviews of project status and key milestones, tracking cost, schedule, and performance.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidate must have a good understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, etc.) and testing concepts necessary to establish a clear vision for the automated testing tool suite that aligns with overall product strategy and business objectives. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements for automated testing tools, develop/define a product roadmap and prioritize features based on user needs and business impact. The candidate will also be expected to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog of user stories and test cases for automated testing tools, and work directly with the ATT team to meet deadlines and program objectives. The candidate should be proficient in programming languages commonly used for test automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and have experience with automated testing frameworks such as Squish, Cucumber and JUnit.
Qualifications Required:
An active SECRET security clearance with the ability to maintain it.
Be a US citizen
Have a Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences or mathematics
Have a minimum of 7 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to research data, analyze information, and make sound recommendations.
Willingness to travel as needed.
