Upholstery Supervisor:
RC Furniture, a leading fine upholstered furniture manufacturer is searching for an Upholstery Supervisor for our City of Industry location!
RC Furniture has been manufacturing fine upholstered furniture in Southern California since 1984. A major supplier to furniture retailers nationwide, RC Furniture has forged into the high-end furniture world and is looking for new talented additions to our manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
- Meet production quotas
- Promote and maintain established safety policies, practices, and procedures
- Manage inventory and handle material
- Possess the ability to work with all levels of management
- Extreme attention to detail and maintain quality standards
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Must be a self-starter and motivator
- Ability to meet scheduled timelines
- Work in a fast-paced team environment
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience:
- Previous experience in all areas of furniture upholstery manufacturing required
