What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Home Transport Coordinator position at RC Mobile Home Service & Transport?
Processing paper work and permits transport and construction crews for manufactured home transport company . Must be a dependable, self starter, organized, proficient in computer skills and have excellent customer service skills. Duties include but not limited to basic office duties, preparing quotes, dispatching crews, ordering permits and processing daily paperwork, answering phones, greeting customers, and filing. . Pay varies depending on experience. Full Time required Monday - Friday.
Requirements: Typing & computer skills in word and excel, good mathematic skills, customer service skills and good phone etiquette.
Minimum 2 years office experience in customer service
Preferred DOT and or Construction Knowledge a plu
Position to start week of April 14, 2025
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
