We’re searching for a capable and proactive professional who understands the fundamentals of HR and is committed to taking care of our employees’ needs while also providing vital administrative support, including direct support to the CEO.

WHO YOU ARE

You have a solid grasp of HR fundamentals and compliance—no need to be an HR expert. Your primary focus is ensuring employees have the resources, support, and guidance to thrive. You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and comfortable handling executive-level tasks. You anticipate needs, learn quickly, and solve problems independently.

• 3 years of HR-related experience, ideally in a fast-paced or technical business
• Familiarity with HR systems and employment regulations
• Clear, professional communication and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal oversight
• Absolute discretion in handling sensitive employee and business matters

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• HR Operations – Ensure smooth day-to-day HR functions, act as the first point of contact for employees, and refine processes to improve efficiency.
• Employee Support – Provide guidance on benefits, policies, and workplace matters with professionalism and empathy. Address concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
• HR Administration – Support hiring efforts, onboarding, offboarding, and performance review cycles.
• Compliance & Records Management – Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws while focusing on enabling employees, not creating roadblocks.
• HR Systems & Reporting – Manage HRIS, track workforce data, and provide leadership with insights that drive improvement.
• Executive Support – Assist CEO with various projects and administrative tasks, research, and preparation for meetings and presentations.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism – Handle all matters with the highest level of discretion.
