THE ROLE
As a Manufacturing Manager, you’ll collaborate across teams and lead our operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production KPI's
- Lead hourly production team members
- Ensure expectations are clear and staff are generating the desired results
- Communicate with the sales staff and other external stakeholders
- Lead daily team huddles
- Share department and company goals and objectives, in a clear and concise manner.
