Salary : THE ROLE

As a Mechanical Designer , youll collaborate across teams to develop innovative mechanical components for RC Mowers game-changing products. Your work will shape designs that are practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective, bringing bold ideas to life through prototyping and testing.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop mechanical components for robotic mowers, working with cross-functional teams.
Use SolidWorks to create 3D models and manufacturing drawings.
Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Participate in design reviews, offering actionable insights to improve product designs.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure successful prototyping, testing, and production.
Assemble prototypes and conduct rigorous testing of mechanical and electrical systems, documenting results.
Operate and test commercial mowing equipment after proper training.
Maintain engineering documentation and create clean user-facing technical materials.

WHO YOU ARE

Key Requirements :

Associate degree in engineering, mechanical design, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant design experience.

Expertise in designing and detailing sheet metal components, weldments, and assemblies.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and PDM.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics, and perform basic calculations.

Hands-on experience with hand and power tools for prototype assembly and testing.

Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with outdoor power equipment, robotics, or construction machinery is a plus.
