Building/Facility Maintenance Supervisor
Starting pay range: $21-$23 per hour based on experience
RC Willey is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility upkeep and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. In this role, you’ll handle light building repairs, plumbing, electrical maintenance, and HVAC upkeep. Responsibilities also include painting, landscaping, and sprinkler maintenance. Additional duties involve minor construction work such as concrete pouring, drywall installation, and carpentry. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining high facility standards while supporting RC Willey’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Light building repair and maintenance
- Minor plumbing repair and maintenance
- Minor electrical maintenance (no installation)
- Replace lighting fixtures
- Minor heating and air conditioner repair and maintenance
- Painting – interior and exterior surfaces
- Landscape/cleanliness of grounds and building
- Sprinkler repair and maintenance
- Light construction:
- Concrete mixing and pouring
- Frame and drywall installation
- Caulking
- Minor carpentry construction and maintenance
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Must demonstrate effective communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and have prior experience relative to facility maintenance
- Must be able to perform well under stress
- Must be able to listen actively and work well with others
- Must possess leadership qualities, good organizational skills, and demonstrate dependability
- Must actively seek opportunity to take on responsibility
- Must have the ability to recognize and analyze problems
- Must have a good understanding of RC Willey computer systems and basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet.
- Previous maintenance experience required.
We provide onsite training and one-on-one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our associates and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
